2131  1891 (Oct 6) Sydney local cover with superb Walter Akhurst (printers) framed blackboard illustration featuring printed cinderella stamps x2 in red (showing the company printing works in Kent Street) overstamped with 1d View of Sydney tied by King Street '917' duplex; of interest on reverse is docketing in pencil nominating three horses for either the VRC Derby, Melbourne Cup or the Caulfield Cup, dated "17AUG1892". Fine and attractive.
