1027  1915 PPC (Buka initiates) to Sydney endorsed "on active service" with combination franking of 1d Roo perf Small 'OS' (perf fault) & GRI 6mm Setting '2d.' on 10pf [Stg 1/5] each tied by watery but clearly discernible strikes of Powell Type 50 'Simpsonhafen/(Deutsch Neu-Guinea)' two-line cancel [Rated F]. Stain on message side at top right, otherwise quite fine. Extremely rare commercial combination franking.
