3115769  1954 (Jul) EOKA uprising cover to Paphos (backstamp) with 1½pi KGVI Pictorial tied by 'LEMONIA/G.R./RURAL/SERVICE/CYPRUS' datestamp, used as a travel permit with signed endorsement on reverse "The holder of this document is permitted to depart from the colony w/o complying with the requirement of Section 3 of Law 2 of 1938." Rare survivor.

[Proud records Indian FPO 89 used in Limossol for 4 months only between Nov 41 and Mar 42, and it is seldom seen]
