912  1906 (Jun 30) Howard Davis (stamp dealer, George St, East Melbourne) cover to stamp traders in St Louis, underpaid & taxed 15c (should have been 30c for double deficiency), USA 3c dues pair added, refused delivery & returned with US District & Melbourne DLO datestamps on reverse, edge blemishes.
