VICTORIA - Postal History

1194  1905 (7 Aug) re-use of 1d Postal Card previously CTO 'MELBOURNE FE 22 01' (from Federal presentation set) franked with ½d Bantam pair cancelled by Cranbourne cds, addressed to Sydney dealer TH Nicolle. The card is used by Rev HW Lane whose opinion of the CTO cards was somewhat less than that of modern-day collectors!
