158 ✉ ½d Green with range of colonial issues (total 10½d) on registered 15/1/13 cover from Howard Davis, South Melbourne to France. This is the 2nd earliest recorded cover for the ½d. Only one cover is known cancelled 14/1/13 from Melbourne, another cover is recorded for 16/1/13. This stamp isn't known used in Sydney until 20/1/13.

The card is used by Rev HW Lane whose opinion of the CTO cards was somewhat less than that of modern-day collectors!
