certificate (2013) notes presence (in small space on front where address written - and NO stamps), of mss 'T' in blue alongside FB handstamp wanting 1/3d postage due, the stamps are in very variable condition with some damaged by folding, some aging. This is the largest number of stamps we have seen or heard of on a single cover.
