789  1866(?) Rockhampton unstamped local cover with weak Rockhampton datestamp at upper right, clear strike of 'DEFICIENT POSTAGE ("1")/FINE ("1")' boxed handstamp at top with 1d Chalon added and tied by indistinct cancel. Somewhat soiled, but scarce.
