'Sanguinetto' arrival cds on front. Also another to Italy from POW at Camp 13/A, Murchison with straight lined faint 'APPROVED FOR (TRANSMISSION BY) CAMP COMMANDANT', and on reverse straight lined 'P.O.W. GROUP, MURCHISON'. (2)

959  1915 (Dec 13) cover (central fold) addressed to Hambly in Melbourne with 2½d Roo, paying civilian rate, tied by part Powell Type 21 Friedrich Wilhemschafen postal seal, Rated F, with Powell Type 22 Madang '13DE15' datestamp alongside, bold strike of straight-line 'PASSED-BY-CENSOR' handstamp in violet, original typed letter enclosed. [The date is later than Powell's or Loughran's LRD for use of the postal seal.] Ex Max Bulley.
