2101 ** 1951-62 2d Green Queen Mother lower marginal block of 14 (2x7) the left-hand column showing Double perforations both horizontally & vertically. Far more extreme than the example recorded in ACSC (as BW #246b) which states 'One sheet showing partial double perforations in the left-hand vertical column is known'. A new discovery, extrapolated Cat $1,575++.

ACSC only records misplacements of 8-9mm (BW #253bb, Cat $500), whereas this example shows a full 20mm misplacement. Spectacular and rare item.
