Numbered within and on the outside 'A10826' (file number of some sort?), ornate embossed shield seal (red wax traces).

Addressed to Zagreb where arr backstamp 'ZAGREB/25/1/8.C' alongside ornate but fragmented red wax seal. Some wrinkles and faint fingerprint, otherwise fine and scarce.
