1222  1940 (Dec 16) Belgian Government In Exile (USA) cover to UK with 5c Prexie tied by New York machine cancel, opened by British Censors in Bermuda with tape applied, addressed to Otto Wambach a member of the Belgian Govt in Exile who after March 1940 resided in various buildings in Eaton Square close to the Belgian Embassy. [It is entirely possible that Wambach acted as a conduit for forwarding mail to families living in Occupied Belgium]
