  1866-67 Intercolonial Exhibition Commission: Carte de visite by Henry H Bailey, photographer of Hobart Town, producer of album portraits with photograph on reverse. His card states that he won a medal at the Melbourne InterColonial Exhibition (in Class 5, Group 1 Section 16a; verified in the Official Record). Accompanied by an original albumen print of the Melbourne Public Library (attributed to Nicholas Caire) and a real photo postcard of the same building, which was originally erected for the 1866-67 Intercolonial Exhibition. Also a photocopy of the floor plan of the exhibition. (3 items)

[LIndt lost his photographic business in the financial crisis of 1894. He then ran a successul holiday resort, near Healesville, called The Hermitage, and died in the 1926 bushfires.] (2)
