777  1910 (Mar 1) registered cover to Adelaide franked with South Australia 2d tied by strikes of Purnong Landing squared circle datestamp, handstruck 'T' in oval with mss. "4d" scored through in red lines and 10d written in red crayon alongside, Postage Dues 6d green BW #D55 & Bicolour 4d red and green #D85 affixed and pen cancelled, manuscript endorsement "Refused/17.3.10", DLO backstamp in red, 'SURVEYOR GENERAL'S' cachet in blue applied on delivery. Full of character.
