Rare genuine but unauthorised usage of bisect on cover from a tiny rural post office which had apparently run out of 2½d & ½d stamps.

Rare genuine but unauthorised usage of bisect on cover from a tiny rural post office which had apparently run out of 2½d & ½d stamps.
