945  1894 (Apr 19) use of Registration Envelope to St Louis, Missouri, with 2d Emu & 1d Centennial Bisect tied by BN '1529' (Rated RRR) of Pleasant Hills (datestamp alongside), vertical fold & abrasion on reverse. Rare genuine but unauthorised usage of bisect on cover from a tiny rural post office which had apparently run out of 2½d & ½d stamps.
