1305  1921 (May) small cover to USA with with 2½d (b, few short perfs) tied by Madang datestamp, overstruck with San Francisco slogan datestamp, re-directed on arrival, sender's endorsement on reverse "Byron Beach/Hookworm Campaign/Rabaul/Lt (= late) German New Guinea". [In 1920-21 the Rockefeller Foundation funded the campaign to treat this parasitic disease which was endemic to the indigenous population]
