1333  1899 (Nov 26) use of COGH Size F 4d Registration Envelope optd 'BECHUANALAND/PROTECTORATE.' in thick letters H&G #5, endorsed "Via Beira" addressed to Prussia, with 1d lilac SG #61 & 3d lilac & black added and tied by Proud Type D3 'PALAPYE/NO21/99' datestamp with another fine strike below, on reverse the 4d indicia tied by Type D1 'PALAPYE STATION/26NO/99/BP' datestamp, Duisberg '23/1/00' arrival backstamp; opened on three sides, fine condition.
